Who is Leading You?

We can be led astray by many things, emotions, people, money, fame, power, lusts are just a few. Samson was led astray because of lust, Saul was led astray because of jealousy and Judas was led astray because of power. Everyone has been given freewill, we have the ability to choose who we will follow. David spoke from experience, he knew what is was to follow the lust of the flesh and he knew what is was to follow after the heart of God. He declared before all men:

I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; 

Even at night my heart instructs me.

I keep my eyes always on the Lord. 

With Him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;

My body will also rest secure, because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead, nor will you let your faithful one see decay. You make known to me the path of life; 

You will fill me with joy in your presence,

With eternal pleasures at your right hand.
